Application Forms

When you submit an application as a startup or investor, we collect the information you provide, including name, email, company details, and pitch information. This data is processed strictly for evaluating and matching you within the gamescom invest circle ecosystem (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR).

4. Security Architecture

We protect the data that truly needs protection. Sensitive identifiers such as email addresses, authentication material, and secure access tokens are protected at rest using modern authenticated encryption and hashed lookup mechanisms. Operational startup and investor profile fields are stored in a format that allows our team to review, search, and process applications reliably inside the admin workflow.

5. Data Sharing and Lookbook Access

If you explicitly opt in during the application process, your company profile and pitch details will be made available in our gated Investor Lookbook. Access to this lookbook is strictly restricted to vetted, approved investors who have authenticated themselves via secure, expiration-based magic links.
